Alejandro is an urban forestry professional with a background leading tree inventories nationwide, studies in intentional business, and extensive multicultural experience. While he continues to support our field services work across the USA, his primary focus is on expanding our reach across Latin America and Spain with a passion and goal to empower urban forestry professionals and help connect all people to their environments worldwide.

Brendan works closely with our North American clients to ensure they are receiving exceptional value and proactively providing solutions for any issues that might arise while using our products and services. He has a degree in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University and a background as a production and municipal arborist.

Casey’s focus is on information and data collection within the field as well as maximizing the collection ability of in field staff. He leads the Charlotte, NC Tree inventory crew and is responsible for quality control of data collected as well as communication of that data to our city liaison. He specializes in tree risk and health assessment to be utilized by city planners to best prioritize city resources.

Chris works with PlanIT Geo’s Field Services team to conduct tree inventories throughout the United States. He has years of experience in the forestry and arboricultural communities working with nonprofits, for-profit companies, and small government.

Emily oversees HR, administration, and accounting. She works on various business growth projects, procurement, and internal operations.

She/Her

Gaby supports the GIS team by conducting land cover analysis, QA/QC, and managing geospatial data. She brings technical expertise from her time at the Virginia Department of Forestry where she worked with the Office and Working Lands and the Urban and Community Forestry team, as well as her experience at NASA where she managed floorplan, surface and utility geodatabases. Gaby is passionate about leveraging GIS to solve critical urban forestry issues.

Gabriel is a Tree Inventory Technician with the Field Services department. He has a background in residential tree care.

Ian is responsible for delivering valuable, high-quality software and providing an excellent software and support experience for our customers.

Jack works on the Tree Inventory crew to collect and manage tree inventory data. Jack is an ISA certified arborist and holds a degree in Forestry from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

Jacob is a Tree Inventory Technician at PlanIT Geo, specializing in collecting and managing urban tree data. With a strong background in forestry, arboriculture, and natural resource management, he has experience in tree planting, hazard tree assessment, nursery operations, and municipal consultation. His work supports data-driven urban forestry projects that enhance community tree management and sustainability.

 A detail-oriented creative, Madison coordinates marketing initiatives at PlanIT Geo, from developing & facilitating our webinars to coordinating our attendance at in-person conferences. She has worked in marketing for more than five years and has extensive experience in strategic content creation, team management, and streamlining organizational processes. She is based in Greenville, South Carolina, where she enjoys living in close proximity to the mountains of WNC.

Melissa supports the Urban Forest Consulting team with planning and writing Urban Forest Management Plans. She received her B.A. in Biology from North Central College and her M.S. in Biological Sciences from Northern Illinois University. She has extensive experience in consulting, ecology, ecological restoration, and science communication.

Morgan provides technical expertise to our urban tree canopy assessments, contributing to QA/QC of land cover data, management of GIS data sets, and reporting of urban forest metrics.

Nate travels the country collecting data and assessing trees for inventories as well as contributing to GIS data quality control. He also assists with training new clients in inventory software.

Rachel thrives on connecting strategy to execution, driving growth, and keeping people at the center of every initiative. She leads PlanIT Geo’s go-to-market team, including Marketing, Customer Success, and growth functions, working across teams to align strategy, operations, and customer experience. Her goal is to ensure every customer interaction with PlanIT Geo – from first touch to long-term partnership – is seamless, valuable, and memorable.

Russell is an arborist and urban forestry professional with over a dozen years industry experience. He holds a graduate certificate in Urban Forestry from Oregon State University and a Biology degree from the University of Maine. He leads new business development for all government entities in North America

Russ has spent his career advocating for the care of the urban forest on private and public land. He is an unashamed tree nerd and passionate about connecting people to the environment they experience daily but take for granted. He lives in Dover, NH with his wife and daughter.

Ryan conducts tree inventory projects around the country. He holds degrees in Geography and Urban Forestry. He has been a Certified Tree Inspector and Arborist since 2022. In his past career Ryan has completed tree inventories, treatments, and many plantings, and still loves to volunteer planting trees.

Taylor works with PlanIT Geo’s Field Services team, conducting urban tree inventories throughout the United States. With a background in native tree restoration research and urban tree management, she brings a strong foundation of ecological knowledge and applied field experience. She holds dual master’s degrees in Information Science and Forest Resources Management.

Tifany brings a customer-first focus to creating intuitive tools that help teams work efficiently. At PlanIT Geo, she is responsible for product strategy and roadmap, and collaborates across the company to deliver software that makes a positive impact on communities and the environment.
