Ellensburg Completes Tree Inventory and Urban Tree Canopy Assessment

Ellensburg, WA. (May 2, 2024)

Ellensburg has been working to update its street tree program and identify ways to strengthen the management of its urban forest. As part of this process, the city needed to have a better understanding of the species profile and condition of street trees, and an overall analysis of the urban tree canopy, officials said.
